Redemption Truth pt-2
In this second part, I must be more vocal on a subject that lately has become intolerable to me. Every time I see that someone has a picture, poster, or Video online that depicts Messiah ''still'' hanging on a "Crafted" varnished Cross, I want to scream at the top of my lungs. Our Messiah came, suffered inhumanely, was beaten, became unrecognizeable, (Isaiah 52:14) then hung on an old ""Wooden Stake"", not a Cross. The idea of a Cross came, because the Romans put a sign on the top of the stake , which read, ""King of the Jews, mocking Him" The suffering of our Messiah was so great, He cried out in agony,
Matthew 26:39
He went a little farther and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, "O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will."
Isaiah 52:14 KJV"
''As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men:" (His whole body had been scouged to such an extent He barely looked human)
Matthew 27:46
''And about the ninth hour Yahshua cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?” that is, “My Father (God), My Father(God), why have You forsaken Me?”
Luke 22:44
And being in agony, He prayed more earnestly. Then His sweat became like great drops of blood falling down to the ground.

John 19:28-30
After this, Yahshua, knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the Scripture might be fulfilled, said, “I thirst!” Now a vessel full of sour wine was sitting there; and they filled a sponge with sour wine, put it on hyssop, and put it to His mouth. So when Yahshua had received the sour wine, He said, 'It is finished!' And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.
John 19:34
But one of the soldiers pierced His side with a spear, and immediately blood and water came out.

Just reading these verses again, is breaking my heart, and bringing the tears_____I have to ask WHY anyone wants to depict keeping our Savior in that state of agony and suffering. HE died, then was RISEN and Ascended into Heaven over 2000 years ago. He does NOT have to endure this agony again EVEN IN "DEPICTIONS ! He came once and for all to free us from our sins and bring new life to His people. THERE ARE plenty of Scriptures to use to tell the "Old-Old Story" We don't need to show a picture of a human figure hanging on a cross, that in no way even remotely resembles our Savior to begin with.
-
Is there no understanding and heart of Love, or no gut wrenching remorse for 'OUR SIN' that put Him on that ugly Stake to begin with? Are there no Tears for the awful "Price that was Paid by our Blessed Redeemer? Cannot what took place at Calvary be held in 'Sacred Remembrance' without 'shaming Him' over and over again??

'He is coming back again one day, Not to be 'spat upon', Beaten Scourged and Crucified, but He is coming as the Holy Righteous King of Kings, and Judge, who will give to all their "just deserves". He will Redeem His children, and gather His Bride, for that great event of the Marraige Supper.
-
He will NEVER again be treated with scorn, MOCKED. laughed at, or OFFERED UP AS A SACRIFICE FOR OUR SIN AND CRUCIFIED.
-
IT IS FINISHED!

IN HUMBLE OBEDIENCE
