A GOSPEL OF POWER 

" Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls." —Acts 2:41 

REINHARDT BONNKE  said, "The Gospel iS a gospel of 'Power', or it is nothing at all."  Oldtime preachers like Charles Finney and others in his timeframe believed the same thing.  If you would read Finney's Book, ""Power From On High", it would help you understand, that what we have today, even in the best of situations,  is only a mere trifle, a mere smattering, of few souls being affected by a 'Gospel' that has little ''Real Power" behind it. (A few accented phrases in a moment of inspiration, with a raised voice level ; do not prove a Holy Spirit led message or sermon. Because IF it were, the "House of Prayer" would be shaken)    Acts 4:31 KJV ''And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of YAH (G-D) with boldness.

The men of those earlier days only had to open their mouth, to speak, and the Power of the Holy Spirit would convict unbelieving  hearts "on the spot" and they would repent, and their lives would be greatly changed from that moment on. It was so evident to all those around these men, that the true Anointing and Power of the Almighty Father was resting on their lives. All kinds of "Miracles' took place, and healing was a common occurance, even to those who did not request it. Yes they preached the truth, but what the people heard, that were listening, was not just ''words''.  Those 'words' were Anointed, with great Power from on High. The words went straight to the hearts of sinners, and broke the hardness and rebellion.  The real evidence of The Holy Spirit Power, is in the ongoing CHANGES in life, that take place at conversion. '''NO Sinner  truly "Saved" is ever the same again'''.

Bonnke also said,  ""The HALLEL Spirit is a healing Spirit, when the ALMIGHTY Spirit is present, anything is possible""     HalleluYAH !!

This is an absolutely true and powerful statement. The Holy Spirit has NO limitations, of Himself, it is the human that limits The Holy Spirits  ability to 'have His way" to help people.  It is the lack of Faith, OBEDIENCE to the Word,  the unbelief, the distortion of the Almighty's  'Word';   the rebellion of mankind that limits the Spirits ability to work. It can be ones unwillingness to listen and learn, anger, selfishness, unforgiveness, pride, arrogance, a lack of ''meekness'', a lack of quality Prayertime, other selfist problems, and worldly commitments.

However that being said, with the proper preparation of the heart and COMPLETE Obedience and submission to our Almighty, (Nothing being witheld) it is still possible today to see the same kind of 'mass' conversions, as took place in the days of the Apostles; or in the days of Wigglesworth, and Bonnke. Matthew 4:20__Luke 5:11--""And when they had brought their ships to land, they forsook all, and followed him.” (They held nothing back)__ 28,--18:28 As we see in the Scriptures, the Disciples and Apostles left everything to Follow the Messiah. Read the story of the rich man, who was told to sell all that he had and to follow Messiah, but would not do so, as his heart was with his goods. Mark 10:17-31

The commitment to ''total' self sacrifice has to have preeminence in the life of a "called" out individual for the Holy Spirit to use a 'vessel' of humanity to touch other lives in the same way, as those already afore mentioned. That individual can have no ''divided '' interests, or agendas.  He or she cannot have a divided heart.  He or she must love the Master with all their heart, their soul, their strength and mind. They must be ""SOLD OUT"" to the Almighty Father, and MESSIAH and the Holy Spirit', SOLD OUT TO: HIS COMMANDS, no sidelining here allowed.  ""ALL OR NOTHING AT ALL" As the phrase goes.  This is the evidence of real ""Calling"" and will turn things around, in any area, FOR THOSE WILLING TO ACCEPT THE CALL AND PAY THE PRICE. ONE MUST HAVE THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, TO SUCCEED AS A BELIEVER AND IF MINISTRY IS CONSIDERED.   WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING ON OUR OWN , WITHOUT THE MINISTRY AND POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT  /

THE TOTAL ''WALK OF FAITH'', --THE LOVE FOR  MESSIAH---THE LOVE FOR LOST SOULS, THE HUNGER FOR THE ALMIGHTY  FATHER AND HIS 'WAY' OF LIFE. THAT WAS HIS PLAN FOR BELIEVERS'' TO GET OUT THERE, GET OFF THEIR COMFORT ZONES, AND FOLLOW,  TO ''TAKE UP THE CROSS AND FOLLOW HIM'' __REGARDLESS OF THE COST TO THE LIFE IN THIS WORLD.  That kind of Faith in itself is empowering.

MATTHEW 16:24-26--''²⁴ Then YHVSHA told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. ²⁵ For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. ²⁶ For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?   __ DENY=Strongs  #533  to abstain, deny utterly, disown 

Messiah's finished work st Calvary set us free, "from the Curse" -(INSTANT DEATH BECAUSE OF SIN; WHICH IS DISOBEDIENCE   TO  the law),     

 WE ARE "Free to be Obedient to the Word-(YAH'S COMMANDM ENTS)   and Good Works'' as mentioned by James 2:18--''¹⁸ But someone will say, “You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. ---'' WE WILL BE JUDGED BY OUR WORKS, NOT BY WHAT WE BELIEVE'' --SALVATION IS MADE UP OF BOTH--""OBEDIENCE TO ALL OF MESSIAH'S  COMMAANDS AND  FULL  BELIEF IN--AND LOVE FOR-- MESSIAH YAHSHUA '' THE TWO  PARTS  CANNOT BE  SEPARATED.
